So everyone knows about Vista and everyone hates it. Vista was a definite flop for Microsoft. Let’s just hope Windows 7 is better. But there has recently been commercials for something called the Mojave Experiment. They gather people for a little questionnaire about Vista. With hidden cameras watching they ask people if they like it or not. Every single one said they hated it with very true reasons such as it crashing, running slow, etc. Then they asked the people to rate Vista. That did not go good for Vista either. After all that they said there was a new operating system call Windows Mojave, nice name, but not at all real! They showed the people a few quick and easy tasks that don’t require much. The people thought the new operating system was amazing. The secret was that they were really being shown Windows Vista performing tasks that Microsoft new works great. I was not very impressed with Microsoft doing this. The people even said that they loved it after they were told it was really Vista! They said they definitely wanted to get Vista. Too bad they don’t know better and I’m sure Microsoft will be receiving a couple more complaints from customers who have seen this commercial. Microsoft actually lied to make people think Vista was better than what it really is! Way to go Microsoft! Linux has surpassed you on my list!

Ok. You may have heard of StumbleUpon. It is a website that allows you to view random websites according to some interest you pick when signing up. Well you can do the same thing with wordpress, take away the interests part. you can browse and find any random blog through wordpress. Just bookmark the link below.      Nikkei, a newspaper from Japan, recently announced a new DS with a camera, music playback, and enhanced wireless functionality. Nintendo responded to this by saying,

“We are always developing new products. However, since nothing has been announced officially,we are unable to comment at this time.”-Nintendo

Nintendo didn’t deny the new DS, but they didn’t state it as true either. We’ll just have to wait and see what happens. Hopefully Nintendo will announce something soon.

This new sleek phone was left taunting us over the weekend but was finally announced to start shipping by mid October. Recent pictures have been released but they didn’t reveal much. Samsung must have thought it time to show off its nice looking UI. All the menus look great on this phone. I personally like the menu bar on the side, which seems to hid off to the side when you don’t want to see it. However, the touchscreen, large screen, and all the other great features aren’t what Samsung was aiming for. This phone has an 8 mega-pixel camera! This phone is definitely made for those who love taking pictures. Many cameras out there just barely reach 8 mega-pixels, if not less. So why not throw in a phone! Samsung has really pulled it off this time. Will they ever stop! With so many great phones being made Samsung seems to keep raising the bar. The Samsung Instinct has become one of the best phones out there and some say it could beat the iPhone! Not! And if somone does manage to make a phone better than the iPhone, Apple will just whip out an even better one. This is obvious, seeing as the very first phone Apple made became the best! Anyways, getting off the subject again. You can expect the Pixon to start showing up in October. 

With so many mobile phones coming out trying to top the iPhone, it is very difficult to keep up with them. However, this one caught my eye. this is a very sleek looking new mobile phone from Samsung named the “Pixon”. This is Samsung’s second 8-megapixel phone and they have been spitting out new ones very rapidly. The Pixon has a 400×200 touchscreen. With the iPhone having a 320×480 touchscreen it wins again! It does beat the iPhone, however, with its camera settled nicely on the front. Hopefully there is also one on the back! It is said to be ready for shipping by November at €550. That’s about $805! iPhone wins again!

It can be quite difficult to wait hours in line for your iPhone 3G, with everyone wanting one. Apple has made it even easier to get your iPhone 3G today. Simply go to the Apple website and purchase one. Just fill out a couple forms and select the plan you would like with AT&T. After that you can just go to any Apple store and pick it up. Too bad you can’t have it delivered for those who don’t have an Apple store in your area, “wink wink, Apple”.

So every gaming company fights to claim the name of the favorite gaming console but that is strictly decided by the public. And seeing as you are part of the public, why not partake in the decision? That is todays Question of the Day. What console has become your favorite? Tell us why or why not.

There have been many different Apple mockups, mods, etc. but this one is definitely at the top. Named as the “iMac iView” by the designer Nuno Teixeira at Yanko Design. It’s extremely unlikely but why not stare at it and pray? This design features a curved screen, becoming very popular, along with a screen on the back to let your buddies view the same thing. This would be the most amazing thing of our generation. If only Apple would pay more attention to the hundreds of other Apple designs. 

As you can see, this week has been all about Apple. So much great stuff has been happening at Apple we can’t stop posting about it. There is a new iPod Touch and update for the iPhone. Plus, new apps have been released for these every day. But the question is, what apps are the best? Which iPhone or iPod Touch app is your favorite? iPhone’s 2.1 update has finally made it. The past three days of bugs must have been a killer but you don’t have to worry anymore. This update comes with the promise of fewer dropped calls, improved battery life, fixed bugs, and backing up to iTunes improved greatly.

You may have seen the new nano’s, you may have not. But either way they’re gorgeous! It comes in 9 different colors. This can make it difficult to decide which one to get. They all look so great. So the Let’s Rock event yesterday was great but I was expecting a little more. Macs maybe? How about a MacBook Touch? That would be nice. Well it could happen very soon. There are rumors of an event on October 14th called “Let’s MacBook”. How about the perfect laptop. A macbook that’s just about as thin as the stunning MacBook Air. Then go ahead and include a CD/DVD drive. Then maybe some new Mac OS (Snow Leopard) and programs to top it off. As you can see above, there are already great hopes for a MacBook Touch. Just stay tuned for more info about the rumored Let’s MacBook Event.

Ok. So here’s the deal. Microsoft or Apple? Microsoft released its new Zune just one day before Apple had it’s Let’s Rock event, announcing a new ipod nano, a new ipod touch, and iTunes 8, along with much more. But there are many people who may be looking for a good media player. I’m sure there is much conflict between Apple’s new omni-chromatic Nanos and Microsoft’s Zune. So the question is, which one? Let us know which one you would buy. Nano or Zune.

I was jumping up and down just reading all the liveblogs! It was amazing. So much more than I expected. The new nano was a given but a new Touch, iTunes store, and many more features. WOW!
